Dr.
Joan Haworth balances a full agenda of managing a research consulting firm,
and doing her own research and expert witness testimony on employment discrimination
cases as a labor economist. She has testified for both plaintiffs and defendants
in over 55 employment cases, and has written in the area of statistical analysis
of employment decisions. She also is a frequent presenter and participant in
programs and mock trials for such groups as the American Bar Association, Practicing
Law Institute and Society for Human Resource Management.
